  • History and Snorkeling

Join us on  this excursion and visit the biggest of the inhabited islands of Mexico, experience Punta Sur ecopark, a five hundred square acres ecological reserve where we’ll find 5 different ecosystems: coastal dune, beach, lagoon, mangrove and coral reef, here we will take a guided visit to the museum of navigation and climb the Celarain lighthouse to witness a spectacular panoramic view of the nearby beaches and swamps and get a memorable selfie!

Now you have the choice of relaxing at the beach club or snorkel the reef (part of the Arrecifes de Cozumel National Park) the blue crystal clear water here is so refreshing and inviting.

After you enjoy the beach or the snorkel, tasty seafood or a typical mexican lunch will be waiting for you.

Now is time to visit a couple of the most impressive snorkeling sites of Cozumel: el Cielo and Colombia.

El Cielo is a Spanish name that means heaven and this reserve got its name for its countless starfish while Colombia has a rich colorful reef and great variety of marine life.

Now we will head back to downtown Cozumel and enjoy some free time to take a look at the handcrafts made by the local artisans before we board the ferry back to Playa del Carmen.

The beaches of Cozumel are some of the most beautiful on earth and algae (sargassum) free.
