  • How many people are in a tour?
    • On shared tours the maximum is 12 persons per tour. On private tours it’s up to you!
  • Can I pay my balance with PayPal or a Credit Card?
    • We ask for balance in cash to avoid bank fees, however if you prefer to pay the balance with a CC or through PayPal we can do it with a +5% transaction fee.
  • Do you offer tours for big groups such as weddings?
    • Yes! We’ve had tours for up to 80+ people. It was fun! Also, we offer special prices for big groups, so contact us and let us know what you’re planning.
  • What is the price for a tour?
    • Price per person depends on the total number of people in a tour. If you want to join a shared tour let us know when and we’ll provide options. Costs are listed in the tours’ pages.
  • What does the cost include?
    • Cost includes transportation from and back to your resort, all entrance fees, lunch (in full day tours), cold bottled water in the van during the whole ride, snorkeling gear (where applicable) and your own private certified guide who will accompany you during the ride and at the sites. Cost does not include tips for your guide and driver.
  • What should I bring with me on my adventure?
    • Swimming suit, towel, backpack, comfortable walking shoes, water socks or sandals, biodegradable sunblock, biodegradable mosquito repellent (if you are sensitive), a hat or a cap and a good night’s sleep!
  • Do you pick us up at our hotel?
    • Yes, we pick you up right outside your lobby (except for 2 particular resorts that do not allow external companies inside for pick up, in which case we pick you up at the front gate), the resorts that don’t allow anybody inside: Grand Mayan/Mayan Palace and the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda.
  • At what time will you pick us up?
    • For shared tours pick ups vary between 6:00am and 7:00am depending on logistics. For private tours it’s 6:30am or 7:00am unless you specifiy you’d prefer a different time, no problem!
  • How do I book?
    • You can book online by clicking the BOOK buttons in each tour's page. Or you can give us a call and we can book you over the phone with a credit card.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • If you cancel with a week or more in advance we will give you a full refund of your deposit, otherwise we will keep a $30usd per person charge as guides and drivers are hired with a week in advance.
  • Are tours cancelled because of bad weather?
    • Not unless there is a hurricane warning. We have great weather 99% of the time and when it does rain, it’s only for a little while. Also, umbrellas are provided.
  • What kind of vehicles do you use?
    • Recent model 12-15 passenger vans. GMC, Ford and Toyota. Fully air-conditioned and insured.
  • I am a vegetarian/vegan, is that a problem?
    • Not at all! We’ve had many vegans and vegetarians, as well as people with gluten allergies and peanut allergies and what not. Just let us know beforehand and we’d be glad to accommodate you.
  • I’ve already booked a tour but I can’t wait for the date to arrive, how can I time travel so it’s already time for my holidays?
    • As of now we know of no way to make this possible, however we are working on it.
